At CrossFit Allsorts, we help you become the strongest version of yourself physically and mentally. Our coaches push you when needed, motivate you to keep going, and celebrate every achievement along the way.

Through constantly varied functional movements like lifting, pulling, squatting, and running, we build endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, and more. Our programming blends weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning to deliver results.

It will not always be easy, but we will be with you every step of the way. The only question is why would you not join us?

We are passionate about helping people achieve what is important to them as an individual. Our community is based off friendships and family, where we support each other and work together to reach our goals.

CrossFit is able to be modified to suit any individual at any level. Whether you are starting out or want to compete, we offer training to suit your fitness needs.

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and aerobic capacity training. We have programs for people at all levels of fitness.

Our Crossfit classes follow a plan which involves a general warm up, a particular strength or skill piece and finally a cardio or conditioning based workout of the day.

MEET OUR COACHES

Lauren Jewell

Owner/Coach

Lauren started CrossFit after the birth of her third child and wanted to get in to shape for her upcoming wedding but very quiickly recognised that CrossFit was more to her than going in to do a workout to get in to shape.

Lauren believes CrossFit has changed her life in many ways, from pushing boundaries to finding strengths she didn't know she had. As a coach, Lauren thrives on watching others achieve the same, hitting PR's when they didn't think they could get, or just celebrating that first workout feeling.

Lauren founded CrossFit Allsorts based on all those feelings, along with the sense of culture and belonging and the incredible journey that CrossFit can bring to anyone who steps through the door.
