Membership Terms and Conditions

1. General Membership Information

By joining CrossFit Allsorts, you agree to the following terms and conditions relating to your membership, class participation, and use of our facilities and services.


2. Communication and Community

All members are encouraged to join the CrossFit Allsorts private members page for news, updates, events, and community engagement.
It is the member’s responsibility to stay informed by checking updates regularly.


3. Programming and Score Tracking

Programming is delivered through the fitbox app.

Members are required to:

Download the fitbox app (free)

Set up a personal account

Use the access code provided in their onboarding email to join CrossFit Allsorts

Workout scores can be set to private or visible on the leaderboard at the member’s discretion.


4. Class Bookings

All classes must be booked through your fitbox account.

Bookings are mandatory, as classes are capped to maintain safety and quality

If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel your booking in advance to allow space for other members

Members are encouraged to upload a profile photo for easy recognition within the community


5. Membership Inclusions

Unlimited Membership
Includes:

Access to all CrossFit Allsorts classes

Open gym access during designated times

Attendance at all programmed sessions, including specialty and weekend classes

Limited / Specific Program Memberships (if applicable)
Includes:

Access to nominated classes only, as outlined at sign-up

Additional sessions may be booked as a drop-in where available

Specific inclusions may vary depending on membership type and will be outlined at the time of joining.


6. Fees and Payment

There are no signup fees

A small transaction fee is applied to each payment processed via Stripe

Failed payments will incur a $6 fee per failed transaction

Members must ensure payment details are current and sufficient funds are available to avoid fees and interruptions to access


7. Cancellations

Membership cancellations require four (4) weeks’ notice.

Cancellations must be submitted via the official CrossFit Allsorts cancellation form

Membership access will continue during the four-week notice period


8. Membership Holds

Members are entitled to up to four (4) weeks of hold time per calendar year at no charge.

Hold requests must be submitted via the official hold request form

Holds beyond the initial four weeks will incur a fee of $25 per week

Medical holds must be supported by a valid medical certificate

If a member is on a structured training program and requests a hold:

The program will also be paused

If the member wishes to maintain access to the program while away, the program fee may be paid separately and must be arranged in advance


9. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to treat coaches, staff, and fellow members with respect.

CrossFit Allsorts reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund in cases of misconduct or repeated breaches of these policies.


10. Amendments

CrossFit Allsorts reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

By signing up for a membership with CrossFit Allsorts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions as provided in your onboarding email.
